| Beginning 1 June 2007 the
SteamboatPlus will offer a emailed
certificate. This certificate will be available to all new members that
wish it at no charge. For members that applied for membership on a
number only basis in the past they can request the new E - Certificate
in the following manner. If your Steamboat number ends in 1 you can request an e-certificate in January only. If your Steamboat number ends in 2 you can request an e-certificate in February only. In other words you can request an e-certificate based on the month that corresponds to the last digit of your Steamboat number up to 0 which would be October. This way I will not be overloaded with a mailbox full of request on June 2 2007. If you were a member prior to 1 April 2002 and have not converted to the Plus you must do so before requesting the E - Certificate. The date of the certificate will be either the date of conversion to the plus or date of membership. The certificate will be emailed to you as an attachment in a PDF format only. You must be able to read and print PDF files. Also a color printer is required.
